The maximum size depends on the material you are ordering. Wood= 48"x96", Acrylic= 48"x96", Canvas= 52"x120", Metal= 40"x60", and Bamboo= 48"x96".

Hard copy prints should be packaged flat or in a shipping tube.

Colorplak will provide a pre-paid FedEx label for inbound packages however the customer is responsible for paying the outbound shipping charges. To request a pre-paid FedEx label please call (877) 988-8840

Colorplak products should be cleaned using a mild house hold cleaner and a micro fiber cloth to prevent scratching.

.jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .tiff, .psd, .eps, and .pdf, are all accepted file types.

We recommend sending a file that is 300 dpi or higher however, we can print from lower resolution files but the clarity will not be 100%.

We print on to glossy, luster, and metallic photo papers as well as fine art paper and water color paper.

We recommend editing your photos in the RGB color space but we can convert files edited in other color spaces.
